Degreasing Agent for Furs TF-A
1. Brief Product Introduction:
The quality of furs degreasing is directly related to tanning and dyeing, but also to the cost of furs. The high efficient concentrated degreaser TF-A produced by our co***ny can significantly remove the grease of furs plate and sheepskin, and can make it to keep proper residue, without harm furs plate, saving the dyeing auxiliaries, reducing the generating rate of large oil panels after tanning. So it can reduce the cost of degreasing for dressed leather. Besides, because it is a kind of concentrated product, with small dosage and low input cost, which can also reduce the transportation cost.

3. Recommended technology:
1. Raw skin degreasing process: (furs plate after shearing)
a. Before fleshing:
Using soda ash for adjusting
liquor ratio 1:20
TF-601: 0.3-0.5g/L
PH: 9
Temperature: about 45℃
Time: 45-60 minutes
b. After fleshing: Using soda ash for adjusting
liquor ratio 1:20
TF-601: 0.5-0.8g/L
PH: 8-9Temperature: about 45℃ Time: 45-60 minutes
For example: After the shearing of rawhide, the first time for degreasing, adding 15-20g TF-A per fur, using soda ash for adjusting PH to 9, temperature 45℃, washing for 45-60 minutes. After the washing, dry it and fleshing.
The second time for degreasing, adding 20-25g TF-A per fur, using soda ash for adjusting PH to 8-9, temperature 40-45℃, washing for 45-60 minutes. After drying, rinse with warm water.
2. Dressed leather degreasing process: (If the furs plate needs to be degreased after tanning, you can make the process as follows)
