1. Brief Product Introduction:

3. Characteristics:
1. With good effect of mold formation, it can resolve the adhesion problem between rubber and rubber, rubber and metal mold.

4. With good co***tibility, it can dissolve in silicone oil and oily substances, and also can dissolve in water with proper proportion.

6. With good performance of temperature resistance. The temperature of rubber vulcanization is generally between 130-180℃. At this vulcanization temperature, the product will not appear chemical changes, with completely effect of parting.
3. Recommended using method:
1. Before vulcanization, daubing mold release agent on the mold, or placing rubber products sticky with release agent in the mold, and then for vulcanization.
2. When using it directly, according to rubber formula and rubber products, if not affecting adhesion, and suitable for mold release, you can blend the product with proper silicone oil and water.
4. Packing and storage:
1. Packing in 200kg/drum, 50kg/drum.
2. Storage temperature: above 10C.
